The place is amazing and if you plan on having a vacation there always guarantee that you ask for (Islam mohamed) at the reception … he is absolutely amazing and was very helpful and made the whole trip incredible … i went there with my husband for our wedding anniversary (islam) gave us a gift a romantic dinner in one of the restaurants… it was an absolutely amazing gift … thank you so much pickalbatros this will definitely not be the last time i join here

A lot of fun for every age

Taj restaurant was our favourite regarding food and service. Room was clean with comfortable beds. A lot of free activities for the families.

Waiting for food during peak times, we understand the pourpouse of reducing food waste but it was our least favourite thing.

A heaven for families & kids

This place is a real heaven for a family vacation (We went with our daughter 11 years old). We enjoyed everything there starting from the activities ( Parties, water slides, fun park, animations, bicycles,....etc.); the variety of restaurants, and snack bars; ( You can access both Jungle & the luxurious Alf Leila hotels facilities), and above all the nice & decent staff who is always willing to help. I hope I can mention all the names I have dealt with, but I can mention from the reception staff; Mr. Ahmed who handled our Check-in & fulfilled our requests, Mr. Ismael who used to check daily if we were OK & enjoying our stay, the decent Mr. Islam Ebied who handled our booking at Neverland show. At Le Marche restaurant Mr. Ibrahim was always attentive to our requests. Also, the elevator man at the Aqua Park (sorry for forgetting the name) suffered with us a lot :). Finally, this is my first time in a hotel to be busy all day long with fun. Thanks a lot, Pickalbatros from all of us.

Great property with great staff , second time for me in a year and every time I enjoyed more than before My room was 3034 , I would like to thank ahmed the houseman who clean my room everyday with love , also thanks Buggy driver who help me in the midnight getting taxi to send my wife to the hospital.

Magnificent family resort

Amazing hospitality by the staff. Special recognition goes to Mr Ahmed Tohamy who managed to turn around our frustration on the first day to even extend our stay beyond the original departure date. Being a resort of originally 3 hotels combined, it can be hard to navigate at the beginning but then you realize the magnitude of varieties present to enjoy whether day or night with a lineup of water slides, animation teams, and parties at night. One special remark, that this resort takes cleanliness to a whole next level, it's literally spotless everywhere with staff cleaning day and night, you could go barefoot safely! With many restaurants available for dinner, you can have as many varieties in a platter as you wish for, from Italian to Asian, German, or Mediterranean. And not to forget the fine dining at Colonies.

During the weekend it was very crowded at the water slides and not enough operators were present to organize and operate the slides.

A joyful and memorable family experience, with exciting activities for the kids and a vibrant atmosphere

This was my fourth stay at Jungle, especially with family and kids, and I must say the recent renovation and rebranding to Neverland have truly elevated the experience. It’s now an exceptional destination for families, especially children of all ages. The addition of new water slides, multiple activity zones, and electric boats has made it even more exciting. I was particularly impressed by the wide variety of entertainment options, including video games, coasters, and park activities during the evening. They gave us a strategically located room right at the center of Neverland, with a lovely pool view and easy access to everything — which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The kids absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere, with animation characters around every corner, and the fun surprises like free popcorn, cotton candy, and pizza in the new extension. There’s also a great variety of food and restaurants that cater to all tastes and cultures. Overall, it’s a perfect family-friendly resort with continuous improvements that keep us coming back!

While the overall experience was wonderful, I believe there’s still room for improvement when it comes to the food service. At times, the waiting lines were quite long, and the speed of preparation could be better. I also came across a few food items that seemed undercooked, likely due to the high pressure during peak hours. Additionally, I’d like to mention the pillows — they weren’t very soft or comfortable, which affected our sleep quality a bit. Improving these small details would really take the experience to the next level.

Excellent for kids

Excellent Hotel and Facilities, it’s just disappointing the service from staff is horrendous in terms of staff hospitality you will barely get a smile from anyone. The facilities are excellent for kids. The Spa is dreadful, you are better off going to Senzo Mall Mazzar spa a few minutes down the road which is a third of the price. We had a minor issues which the management did resolve.
